Brewed in memory of the famous US homebrewer, Tasty McDole’s “Janet’s Brown”. Just the right balance of malty chocolaty goodness and the hoppiness of two classic hops, cascade and centennial. Starting with an Imperial Oatmeal Stout base, we blended in a Sherry Cask aged Imperial stout, added some coffee, and a touch of vanilla. The result, an incredibly drinkable high ABV stout. Have no remorse in enjoying 2 or 3 of these in a sitting.
