This imperial saison was aged for 9 months in an Oloroso sherry cask. It melds the saison spiciness perfectly with the sweetness from the sherry cask, making it very easy to drink, even at 10%.

Starting with an Imperial Oatmeal Stout base, we blended in a Sherry Cask aged Imperial stout, added some coffee, and a touch of vanilla. The result, an incredibly drinkable high ABV stout. Have no remorse in enjoying 2 or 3 of these in a sitting.
