Tokyo Aleworks is more than just IPAs! This new weizen is brewed in the image of the famous German Schneider Weisse, a little darker in color than a regular Weizen, and has just the right balance of yeasty aroma and flavor that only a Weizen can have. This is what Weisse is all about.

Brewed in memory of the famous US homebrewer, Tasty McDole’s “Janet’s Brown”. Just the right balance of malty chocolaty goodness and the hoppiness of two classic hops, cascade and centennial. A little taste of malt and hops ain’t enough for us; we gotta have a flavor explosion and you’re going to get just that!

Our flagship IPA from when IPAs meant bitter but balanced, and clear! Deep and complex with ４ different malts and ４ different hops, including a big dry hop charge of Idaho 7. All of these hops lead to citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes with layers of pine cones and earthy tea.

This triple IPA is brewed in the image of a great high alcohol IPA everyone at titans loves. And it’s named for the someone we all love dearly. Grapefruit forward citrus, with hints of orange and other sweet citrus, it may be bitter and 10%, but it drinks easy. All hail the Beerdologist.
